ZETAMELD™ LLP enforces an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy regarding the transmission of unsolicited commercial communications (spam), bulk marketing without explicit double opt-in consent, and spoofed sender identities across our email relays, SMS gateways, and WhatsApp API connectors.

Mandatory Sender Authentication (DKIM, SPF & DMARC)

All transactional notifications (such as student fee receipts, academic report cards, and cloud billing invoices) dispatched via Zetameld must originate from verified domain names with valid SPF records, cryptographic DKIM signatures, and strict DMARC alignment policies.

Strictly Prohibited Practices

Tenants and API users of Zetameld are strictly forbidden from:

  • Using scraped, purchased, rented, or third-party harvested email address lists.
  • Sending communications with misleading headers, false subject lines, or forged IP origins.
  • Failing to include a functioning, 1-click unsubscribe link in marketing newsletters.
  • Employing randomized domain rotation to circumvent spam filters or blacklists.

Account Suspension & Immediate Takedowns

Any customer account or API relay that exceeds a 0.08% verified spam complaint threshold is immediately halted by our automated traffic guard. Continued violations result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of prepaid service credits.
